To publish in Google Play and the App Store you need to have a developer account at each store and follow their policies and approval. Store procedures, costs and deadlines do not depend on oryveen. During the project, we guide whatever is necessary.
Is there support after delivery?
Yes. Optional support includes fixes, technical maintenance and small changes to the delivered project: €49/month for a website, €69/month for an app and €79/month for both. Hosting, domains, third-party services and new features cost extra. Limits, channels, hours, start date and cancellation terms are agreed in the proposal. Support is separate from development; this page does not charge automatically.
Can I integrate the website or application with WhatsApp?
Yes, it is possible to integrate into WhatsApp, for example with contact button and ready message, or to receive requests and schedules. The scope of integration depends on the scope defined in the budget.
What's the difference between site and app?
The site works in the browser, from an address (link). The app is installed on your phone, generally by Google Play or the App Store, and can use features like notifications. A responsive website is not automatically a store app. In the proposal we make clear what is being hired: website, app or both.
Can every plan include AI?
Yes. AI assistants, chatbots, automation and APIs are available across all plans as needed. Development and API or AI model usage are separate costs. The proposal states the scope, additional charges and recurring costs before work starts.
Can the professional website include login or booking?
Yes. The professional plan can include login, client areas, bookings, payments and other features. Workflows, permissions and integrations are agreed with you; the final price depends on complexity and approved scope.
How do payment and the demo work?
Pay 50% at the start and 50% after completion and approval of the agreed demo. Review the video and working version before paying the balance. Final handover, access transfer and agreed files follow full payment.
How many revision rounds are included?
The number of adjustments is defined in the proposal for each project. New features, scope changes and requests after delivery are assessed separately.
Will I receive the project and access credentials?
The proposal lists the files, code and access to be handed over after full payment. Domains and store accounts should belong to the agreed owner. Third-party licences, components and services retain their own terms.
